Refund policy

  • We allow Exchange for all our Products.
  • We do not have REFUNDS.
  • Exchange request must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the order. Kindly fill in the form for your exchange request and our team will connect with you for the same.
  • Exchange Charges of ₹200-₹250 will be charged against return pick up.(Depending on the service availability on the pincode)
  • Once we receive the product back, Aderry will bear the shipping charges of sending you the new exchanged product. 
  • Products must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed with all tags/accessories attached.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for exchange in case of wrong or partial product received.
  • Promotional sale items or items which are sold discount of 50% or more or at flat ₹999 or less are not eligible for exchange. 
  • Products bought at ₹999 will not be eligible for any other discounts running on the website.
  • Products bought at a discounted price during a promotional sale cannot be exchanged for the same promotional price once the sale period has ended. Any exchanges requested after the promotion concludes will be processed at the current full retail price, subject to availability and our standard exchange terms.
  • Once exchanged, item cannot be exchanged again.
  • Exchange allowed for same product (different size) or different product of equal/greater value.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be excluded from the credit amount.
  • Once we receive your returned product and confirm it meets our return conditions (original tags, proof of purchase, and return eligibility), we will email you a unique credit code on the mail id associated with your order. You can use this credit code to place your exchange order on our website and redeem the credited amount at checkout. The credit code will be valid for [90 days] from the date of email and is non-transferable. Any difference in price between the credited amount and the new item must be paid at checkout. If the returned item doesn't meet our return conditions, we will notify you and the credit code will not be issued.
  • Please note that our standard exchange process typically takes 10-15 business days to complete from the date of return pick up. This timeframe includes inspection, processing, and delivery of the return.
