Once we receive and approve your returned product, Aderry bears the standard shipping cost of sending your exchanged product.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with all original tags and accessories attached.

An item that has already been exchanged cannot be exchanged again.

What Can I Exchange It For?

You can exchange your product for:

The same product in a different size, or

A different product of equal or higher value.

If the new product costs more, you will need to pay the difference.

Sale Items

Products purchased at 50% discount or more, or at a flat price of ₹999 or less, are not eligible for exchange.

For other promotional-sale purchases, if the promotion has ended, the promotional price will no longer apply to the replacement product. The exchange will be processed based on the current selling price, subject to availability.

Prefer Store Credit?

You can choose Aderry Store Credit instead of an immediate exchange.

Email us at aderry.info@gmail.com to request store credit.

Once your returned product is received and passes our quality check, we will email a unique credit code to the email address associated with your order.

The credit will be equal to the actual eligible amount paid for the product, excluding shipping charges and discounts.

Credit validity:

Credit codes issued up to 22 August 2026: 90 days

Credit codes issued after 22 August 2026: 365 days

Credit codes are non-transferable. If your new order value is higher than your credit amount, you can pay the difference at checkout.

Wrong or Incomplete Product Received?

If you have received a wrong or partial product, an unboxing video is mandatory for us to process the exchange request.

Processing Time

The standard exchange process takes approximately 10–15 business days from the date of return pickup, including return transit, inspection, processing and delivery of the exchanged product.
